Please note that appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 48h before the appointment. In case of cancellation within 48h before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged. We also ask for your understanding that we do not differentiate between different cancellation reasons and therefore cannot make any exceptions.
